No real history from me. Many years ago (~2012), I found an ad on one of the boards that I frequented (sorry, I don't remember which one) where a guy was getting rid of a storage bin of antique computers. He had been trying to set up a computer museum in Rochester, NY. I grabbed one of my sons, got a U-Haul trailer, and headed up to Rochester. The Nibbler was one of about 300-400 computers that I picked up that day.

Unfortunately, all those computers coming into my house in one day meant that they got stuffed in my office storage room. It turned out that I could not find a sponsor for my museum in Pittsburgh, and I gave most of them away to a friend of mine who also wanted to set up a computer museum. I kept about 35, or so, computers, and the Nibbler was one of them.

I was able to manage to find the name, and email address, of the guy who gave me the museum, and sent a message to him requesting any info he may have. Unfortunately, many addresses do not remain active for more than 12 years. On the plus side, it has been more than 25 minutes since I sent the mail and have not received a bounce. So, it is possible that he still has that address. If he does, and is able to respond, I will forward that information to you. If it is all right with you, I will also send him your address and see if he is willing to get in touch with you to continue correspondence - let me know if you are open to correspondence about only the Nibbler, or also about anything else.
