I just spoke with Michael, and she wanted to let you k= now that her estimate does include the easement and root removal, all of whi= ch would be taken care of while we grade. However, she did want to make sure= you knew that this did not include removing the large stumps. We, unfortunately, do not have= large enough equipment to handle those. Let me know if you have any other q= uestions!

We received your est= imate 8583. This was also to include the little stub off of the e= asement driveway and have removal of roots that would be under new asphalt.&= nbsp; Rather than have someone else come in before hand, it seems removal of roots is best done right before the subbase is ad= ded so there is not a soft spot. It is not clear if these are included= or if the root removal was going to be a separate line item.
