It=E2=80=99s goi= ng to go through the middle lot. =20 What will they need to provide to access to the irrigation water on both sid= es of the railroad track? Will a culvert work? Is there anything else we wil= l need to go from one side to the other side of the track? Is there any powe= r or city water that needs to go under the track? We are also going to put the land up for sale soon. Of course, it will take a= while for both the railroad track and selling the property (probably years f= or both). We=E2=80=99d like you to keep farming the land and we=E2=80=99ll m= ake some type of provision in any sales agreement about your crop.
