FYI, re our agent's assessment of value.  Their $3/SF for the southern parc=
el is based on the "after" situation, after it has been cut off from the no=

We want to express our condolences regarding the passing of your father. I =
know for my family he had a great impact, and my father loved him very much=
.

A boundary line adjustment is the most cost effective path. Either you can =
hire a 3rd party out of ML to handle this, which will likely take a couple =
of months and cost in the neighborhood of 10k, or we can ask the ports coop=
eration.

Meaning since you are in negotiation with them, having them use their engin=
eers to make the adjustments may be the most time efficient and cost effect=
ive way to go about this. If you give us the authority to work out that sol=
ution, Mark is willing to open up that dialogue with the port this week, an=
d get that in motion if possible.

With regards to listing, we still feel the northern lot should be marketed =
at $4/ft and the following at $3/ft, with the southern lot also being at $3=
/ft keeping in mind it may go for less given its location. We are ready to =
move forward with marketing these lots now, while being sure to make it cle=
ar to interested parties that a potential deal would have to wait until the=
 BLA is completed.
